Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your vibrant new look, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, hair colors and cosmetics that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from the Manic Panic official website within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
